Title: Spring and the New Moon Queen

Her career as a public artist was born, however, when she was hired to work with 20 other artists to create the murals that adorned the fences surrounding the concert site at Woodstock ’99. After moving to New York City in the early 2000’s Mary continued painting murals for many of the large public art events happening at the time and exhibiting her fine art in galleries in Soho and Chelsea. Eventually, seeking endless summer Mary moved to Bradenton Florida where she has continued painting murals for notable clients such as, the A.E. Backus Museum, the City of Pompano Beach, the City of Bradenton, Sarasota Classic Car Museum, along with numerous private clients. “It’s the appreciation of what a great mural or other piece of public art means to the people’s lives it inhabits that drives me to create this kind of work.”
