Price to serve a three-year term on Realize Bradenton’s board of directors.
BRADENTON, Fla. — Realize Bradenton, a nonprofit organization that brings people together, selected Carrie Price to serve on their Board of Directors for a three-year term. The Board of Directors promote redevelopment and economic growth in downtown Bradenton by transforming public places and engaging people using arts, culture, heritage, and food to build a vibrant, healthy Bradenton.
“Carrie is a tremendous addition to the Board of Directors,” says Ann Breitinger, board Chair of Realize Bradenton. “As a local, small business owner and resident of the Village of the Arts, she brings valuable insight to Realize Bradenton.”
Price is a co-owner of Yoga Arts in the Village of the Arts. She is also Past Vice President of the Artists Guild of Manatee, and a member of Tiger Bay Club of Manatee and Center Education Parents Association. She is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design.
“Bradenton is full of amazing people and exciting energy,” said Price. “The downtown area has become a hub for authentic and unique businesses, parks, and cultural organizations. Realize Bradenton has long been at the heart of revitalizing downtown Bradenton. By serving on the board, I am excited and honored to play a role in helping to further fulfill their vision.”
Realize Bradenton’s current Board of Directors includes Mark Boehmig, Ann Breitinger (Chair), Ben Bakker, Kim Dalglish, Bridgette Halliburton, Amber Grace, Sue Revell (Vice Chair), Melodie Rich (Treasurer), Jeff Watson, Kay Wight, and Jennifer Zavadil.
