Bradenton, Fla — With the Bradenton Blues Festival less than two months away, Realize Bradenton is building the excitement with the “Blues Bar Buzz” concert series, featuring top blues artists performing live at local music venues. Each “buzz” event will have Bradenton Blues Festival t-shirts available for $20, limited-edition posters for $30, and general admission tickets for $25 ($5 off the advance ticket price of $30). This three-part series kicks off on Oct. 21 at Blue Rooster, 1525 Fourth Street in Sarasota, and continues Nov. 10 and Nov. 12 at Ace’s Live, 4343 Palma Sola Blvd., in Bradenton.

This funk-flavored, rock-soul infused “Buzz” event features Holey Miss Moley, a high-energy nine-piece band that is reminiscent of old school 70s funk melded with disco, jazz, soul and hip-hop. Manatee Young Professionals Fall Funk event takes place alongside the “Buzz” event. There is a $5 cover charge at the door.

The 2016 Bradenton Blues Festival returns to downtown Bradenton with a free Blues Appetizer concert on Dec. 2, the Bradenton Blues Festival on Dec. 3, and concludes with the Blues Brunch on Dec. 4. Bradenton Blues Festival event organizers are encouraging advance ticket sales; front row seating for the Blues Festival on Dec. 3, and the Blues Brunch on Dec. 4, are nearly at capacity.
