The Bradenton Farmers’ Market is proud to be the host location for Farm City Week 2016 in Manatee County. In celebration of this year’s theme Youth in Agriculture, local Future Farmers of America students and 4-H Club Members will be demonstrating and displaying various projects focused on agriculture and leadership. The event will take place in conjunction with the Bradenton Farmers’ Market on Nov. 12, 2016, from 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
"We are excited to have students from Future Farmers of America and 4-H Club Members showcase their projects with our community. We saw this as a perfect way to continue educating and promoting the fresh foods that are found at the Bradenton Farmers’ Market,” said Peg Haynes, market manager for the Bradenton Farmers’ Market.
